I have been interested in
photography for over 30 years.
My first love is nature and wildlife consequently I spend as
much time immersed in and photographing them both as much as I possibly could.
However, I came to realise that trying to capture "the shot†started to impact
on my pleasure of just observing the subject so put my camera away.
Now, with camera in hand, I am enthralled in capturing interesting
patterns, textures, colours and angles that can be seen all around. Once you start to look, you realise
how much there is to observe and then to discover art is everywhere!
I never manipulate an image so everything you see is real;
nothing has been added or removed. However, I do have a collection of work that
is very bright and colourful as clearly colour as it’s just the colour that’s
had a cheeky make-over! I have had a lot of fun creating a different style of
artwork! I must emphasis that everything is hand held and sometimes even
captured while on a train!
So, I hope you like my collection of abstract work and too you
enjoy my photographic artwork that Gallery Stamford kindly stock.
