Landscape > Reflections

Artist: Sheila Landi

Notes: Original Oil

Dimensions: 64x103

Type: Framed

Painted in 1962

On Sunday mornings we often walked between New Malden to a pub in Surbiton, crossing a little bridge over a stream. A fallen tree lay across this stream that ran through an area called Berrylands. I wanted to emulate the reflections and stagnant clutter of the water.
