Matthew is a local artist from Lincolnshire, who has a great interest in the natural world and specialises in drawing African Wildlife.

Matthew grew up watching nature programs on TV featuring wildlife as a young boy. Incorporated with his keen interest he decided to combine both of his passions together and started to draw wildlife as his main hobby.

His earlier drawings of animals, were drawn using pencil, as a media, producing very life like pictures of his subjects. He went on to study an H.N.D. in art and design in Aberdeen, where he concentrated on other media as well as pencil.

Drawing from his passion of Africa and using his ability to draw he continued to focus on just African wildlife, creating the very life like detailed drawings of these animals.
