March 2025 Exhibition is being held to display the work of Mary Rodgers, Philip Dawson and Frank Rogers. It commences on Monday 10th March, with a Private View on Saturday 15th between 5-7pm.It will finish on March 29th.
Mary Rodgers
I studied fine art and textiles at High Wycombe College of Art
and Design, and pursued a career as a textile designer for
leading national and international companies.
I live in Wing, in Rutland, where I have a studio overlooking the
Chater Valley. I have established a reputation for a wide variety of
subjects in watercolour, oils and pastels.
My work demonstrates an understanding of painting and drawing
skills applied with the acute perception of colour and light.
I travel extensively throughout Europe with visits to the USA and
South Africa, and exhibitions in the UK, France and Italy with
my work is held in collections both in the UK and overseas.I
am visiting tutor to local art societies, historic houses and an active
member of regional and local art organisations.
